What is SuperCache?

Continuity uses cloud servers to work, although it saves your channel locally in the SuperCache of the Apple TV, iPhone or iPad, so you can watch it offline. Remember that, in order to see the changes you make from the iPhone or iPad editor, your Apple TV must have an internet connection.

 

If the channel does not play correctly, clearing the Super Cache may solve the problems:

 

To do this on your iPhone or iPad follow these steps:

a. Press on the arrow at the top left of your screens.

 

 

b. This will direct you to the “Settings” screen. You will need to press “clear cache”.





To do it on your Apple TV follow these steps:

 

To clear the Apple TV Super Cache you must exit to the Continuity screen and press the Play/Pause button on your remote.

 

 

Then you must press on the “Clear SuperCache” option.
